Topics include: The Art, Science and Success of Supervision, Supervisory Laws, Rules and Regulations; Accident Management; Claims and Litigation Management; Risk Management and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. This course is required for Director Level Certification by the National Motor Fleet Safety Certification Program.
