LoadTrek allows you to set up rates when creating loads and work
Rates can include fuel surcharges, assessorial charges, and other tariffs. Rates are set using any number or combination of variables such as distance, stops, time, volume, and weight. This total rate is applied to a load. The telematics device measures location, fuel, time and distance.
Drivers may enter exceptions or confirm work performed. The result is an accounting of each load’s revenue and expense factors. Loads, trips, or work is verified in real time.
Billing information can be exported to QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or any number of other accounting packages.
