The presenter is Ward Warkentin, CEO of Fleetmetrica. Ward has consulted to the trucking industry for over 20 years on ISO-based management systems for quality, safety and the environment and is co-author of the book “Shifting Gears – Applying ISO 9000 Quality Management Principles to the Trucking Industry.”

Join us as Ward discusses what type of data is available through EOBR/ELDs for improving safety and how you can leverage this information to proactively address CSA scores and safety performance. He will also cover some of the challenges organizations face with accessing, organizing and making sense of EOBR data and will offer useful tips and practices on using this data for effective safety results.
