Court Upholds ELD Mandate

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the ELD mandate, finding in favor of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and against the Owner Operators Independent Drivers Association.

The December 2017 compliance date remains effective.
